How this adds up
We price per application, because that is the unit of work. One application is one submission to one destination — TMHP, CAQH, or a single Texas Medicaid MCO. A provider who needs TMHP, CAQH, and three MCOs is five applications.
A solo provider starts at $225 per application. At ten providers the rate is $175 per application per provider, and it keeps improving from there. If you would rather not count applications at all, we will price the whole package as one engagement — tell us your roster and which payers you bill, and we will quote it.
Common questions
Does TrueEnroll submit to CAQH on my behalf?
Yes. TrueEnroll is a total submission provider — we handle TMHP enrollment, the full CAQH ProView profile build, and submission end to end, so your team isn't doing manual data entry or portal work. The one exception is CAQH's own platform rule: the provider must personally log in and click to attest. That's a CAQH requirement, not a TrueEnroll limitation — we prepare everything up to that point and walk the provider through the two-minute step that's legally theirs to take.
What data sources does TrueEnroll work with?
TrueEnroll currently supports TMHP PEMS enrollment data (CSV, JSON, and PDF exports) and provider-submitted intake forms. Additional payer sources are on the roadmap.
Is my provider data secure?
All data stays within your TrueEnroll instance. We never transmit provider data to third parties. SSNs are never stored — only the last 4 digits, when explicitly required for identity verification.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. Contact us and we'll onboard you with a pilot provider so you can see the full workflow — extraction, review, approval, and submission — before signing anything.
